3. Intellectual property
Everything on this site — course text, quiz questions, publications, illustrations, visual identity, interface source code — is protected by copyright and, where applicable, by trademark and database rights.
You may read, print and quote this material for strictly personal, educational or informational use, provided you credit the source and do not distort it.
Any other use — full reproduction, public distribution, adaptation, systematic extraction of the question bank, commercial use, training a machine-learning model — requires prior written permission.
Some content is published with partners. A partner’s name and logo remain their property, and displaying them on the relevant pages transfers no rights to the Academy.
4. What the certificates are
A certificate issued after a quiz attests that someone followed a track and reached the required score on a given date. It carries no further meaning.
- These are not state diplomas, nor qualifications listed in the French national register of professional certifications (RNCP).
- They grant no ECTS credits and no academic equivalence.
- They are neither investment advice nor a professional accreditation.
- They are issued free of charge and may be revoked where quiz fraud is established.
Every certificate carries a public identifier so a third party can verify it. How the holder’s name is displayed is covered in the privacy policy.
5. Content, links and accuracy
Course and editorial content is produced for information and training. It describes technologies and markets that move quickly: carefully written as it is, it can become inaccurate or incomplete over time.
Nothing on this site is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell digital assets, or legal or tax advice. Asset prices shown for reference come from a third-party source and may be delayed or wrong.
The site links to external resources we do not control. Those links are offered for their documentary value; their presence implies no endorsement, and we are not answerable for how they change.
6. Service availability
The Academy is a free service run by a student association. We work to keep it available without guaranteeing continuous uptime: maintenance, a technical incident or a provider outage can interrupt it.
An interruption does not void certificates already issued, which remain verifiable by their identifier.
7. Expected use of the service
Opening an account commits its holder to fair use. The following are not allowed:
- using an identity that is not your own, or a misleading certificate holder name;
- sharing one account between several people;
- automated extraction of quiz questions or their answers;
- any attempt to reach data or functions reserved for other users.
A breach can lead to the account being suspended and any certificate obtained that way revoked.
8. Reporting unlawful content
If content on this site seems unlawful to you or infringes your rights — copyright, image rights, defamation — write to contact@kryptosphere.org giving the exact page address, a description of the content and the grounds for your request.
We acknowledge receipt and handle such reports as quickly as we can.
9. Personal data and cookies
How personal data is handled is set out in full in the privacy policy, which forms part of this notice.
In short: this site sets no advertising cookie and no analytics tracker. The only cookie used is the one keeping your session open while you are signed in.
10. Governing law
This notice is governed by French law. Should a dispute arise, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
This clause does not deprive a consumer of the protections guaranteed by the law of their country of residence in the European Union.
